The hotel lost it's lodging permit back in December.
The owners of the hotel have said they would be open by mid-July for Hotter'N Hell riders who pre-paid to stay at the hotel.
However, the company has still not applied for any permits with the health department.
Last time we spoke with a hotel representative they told us they have multiple permits in process with the city.
City officials say all they've received from the hotel are e-mails with plans to repair the hotel's roof.
"We do have an incomplete application that was emailed along with that package, and all I can tell you is we have an incomplete application at this time," Wichita Falls Building and Code Administrator Bobby Teague says.
Hotter'N Hell organizer Chip Filer says they are always looking for more host homes.
