Third Arrest in Horse Statue Theft

A third arrest has been made after a horse statue is found in pieces in a Wichita Falls Apartment.
    23-year-old James Gunter May of Devol Oklahoma has been charged with theft under $20-thousand.
    Police arrested him Thursday afternoon at a home in the 3200 block of Glenwood in Wichita Falls.
    "Miss Silver Buckle" was found cut into pieces at the apartment of Alyssa Nicole Wilkinson and Kristina Woeller.
    The women are charged with  possession of stolen merchandise under $20-thousand.
    According to police, the women are claiming two men brought the horse into their apartment but they told them to take it out.
