Three Wichita Falls residents are jailed in Clay County after a Wichita County deputy stopped the vehicle they were driving, identified as being used during an armed confrontation at a home.
Affidavits filed in Clay County state a man reported two men held him at gunpoint at a home in the 800 block of Homestead Lane early Monday morning.
The man called the Clay County Cheriffs Office and described the suspects including a woman, who left the house in an SUV and those descriptions were sent to Wichita County.
A Wichita County deputy stopped an SUV matching the description, and radioed there were guns in it, including a sawed off shotgun. The victim identified all the suspects.
The three, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, are 33-year-old joe villagomez who also has two prohibited weapon charges, and bonds of $80,000; 31-year-old Wendell Bivens has two firearm and one drug charge with bonds of $105,000. and 37-year-old Molly Brewer has a $50,000 bond on the assault charge.
