Throckmorton has been getting water from the City of Graham.
That's because repairs were needed at Throckmorton's water plant which hasn't produced water since October 2012.
Those repairs are being made this week.
Right now, Lake Throckmorton is at 20 percent capacity.
When the water plant is up and running, city officials say they'll incorporate the 10% of usable water left in the lake into their current water supply.
Will Carroll, Throckmorton mayor, says, "What we would do is blend. If we're using 80,000 gallons of water a day, and our plant, each cycle it runs through can produce 50,000 gallons, so hopefully we can run it once a day and produce a little over half of the water the community needs for a day."
They hope to have that blend running through the system next week.
