Get your cowboy boots ready for the 18th annual Boot Scootin' Boogie.
The event raises money for the Arc of Wichita County, a nonprofit that helps people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Richelle Sons, Boot Scootin' Boogie co-chairman, says the Boot is their biggest fundraiser of the year.
"Our goal is to raise $65,000 to $70,000 so it's important that the community come out and support, and bring an open heart, an open mind and an open check book so that we can get the funds that we need to fund all the programs for the remaining of the year," Sons says.
The Boot Scootin' Boogie is on Friday, Feb 28.
It gets underway at 5:30 p.m. at the MPEC.
Tickets are $35 or $250 for a table of eight.
This year's event features live and silent auctions, a delicious dinner and the live music of Cody Shaw and the Rhythm Boys.
