The preliminary hearing for a 63 year old Lawton man accused of killing his 36 year old wife and burying her body under a swimming pool in their backyard has been reset a second time.

David Lee Baird is charged with murder in the first degree, unlawful removal and desecration of a body, and other charges in connection with the case.

Claudine Marroquin's body was found at a home in the 1700 block of Northwest Irwin Avenue last September.

Police say her body was wrapped in plastic.

Marroquin's family had filed a missing person's report with Lawton Police about 3 days before the discovery.

Baird's bond is set at one million dollars and he is being held at the Comanche County Jail.

His preliminary hearing was first set for January, reset for the 19th of March, and now has been moved to May.
