Tuition is going up next school year at Midwestern State.

This morning, MSU's Board of Regents approved a 3.9 percent tuition hike for the 2012-2013 school year. That comes out to an increase of $144 in tuition for full time students taking 15 hours.

The hike is expected to bring in $1.26 million.

The tuition increase will provide pay increases for staff of 2 percent or $500, which ever is more
