Two defense attorneys in the Chris Lane murder trial are still waiting their turn to go in front of the judge for contempt of court.

James Berry and Howard Berry Jr. are accused of violating a gag order issued in the murder case. They allegedly spoke to the media outside the courtroom after the February preliminary hearing for their client, Chancey Luna.

Both attorneys have pleaded not guilty. So far the hearing has been reset twice. They are now expected to appear July 14th.
