Operations are on hold for an oil trucking company that set up shop in Wichita Falls after the city offered them an incentive package.

Chamber of Commerce Director Henry Florsheim says the Ulm Corporation sold the building that once housed its company headquarters.

That was located in the 1900 block of Central Fwy.

Florsheim says because that building was sold, the City of Wichita Falls was fully reimbursed for their share of the lien.

He says the owner of the Ulm Corporation has landed a contract with another client, so the company is looking to buy another building in Wichita Falls so they can serve that client's needs.

Chamber officials say Ulm Corporation received a local incentive package with the city of $1.6 million to create 372 jobs over the next seven years.

That incentives package was approved in April 2013.
