Monday morning Wichita County Commissioners approved United Supermarkets in Wichita Falls and Burkburnett to start selling vehicle registrations.
Customers will be able to get their registration at the customer service desk.
The process will be the same as going to the county tax office. You will need to bring your proof of insurance and ID.
Wichita County Judge Woody Gossom says United in Lubbock has been selling registrations for years and he thinks the deal will make it easier on everyone.
“I think it's a very positive situation and like I said United has experience with it and they realize maybe some other entities that want to do this and Mr. Symth will entertain that and will consider the contract,” says Wichita County Judge Woody Gossom.
You should be able to get your registration at United starting next Tuesday December 17th.
