Coordinators of the Wee-Chi-Tah BMX track are looking for volunteers who aren't afraid to get dirty this weekend.

The BMX track in Wichita Falls is nearly finished. Coordinators say crews need to apply a substance to the track to make it water repellent.

However, before that happens, they need volunteers this weekend to help smooth the dirt track. If you'd like to volunteer simply show up at the track, which is behind Riverside Cycling Center on Wichita Street.

Work hours are Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. until late afternoon. And coordinators say dress appropriately and bring sunblock.
