A report filed with the Wichita Falls Police Department shows Elizabeth Duerson went missing on May 13 and did not take a vehicle, her cell phone, or any clothes.
Last month, prosecutors filed paperwork to overthrow Duerson's appeal bond because she'd failed to report on her breathalyzer for two days.
Her attorney's response suggests Duerson is possibly a prisoner, or in need of medical attention as she's recently been suffering from seizures, disorientation, and confusion.
Now, a warrant is issued for her arrest.
In December 2012, a 30th District Court jury found Duerson guilty of intoxication manslaughter for a January 2010 car accident that killed her brother.
That jury recommended a three year prison sentence for her.
She's been out on bond while she was appealing her conviction.
Court documents also state that her appeals has been ordered to be revoked, meaning if she's arrested, she'd be jailed and then sent to prison.
