In less than 48 hours a roundup will start that's expected to send thousands in the Lone Star State to jail.
The Great Texas Warrant Roundup kicks off Tuesday.
More than 320 law enforcement officials in the state will head to homes, jobs and schools to arrest people who have not cleared their outstanding warrants from unpaid traffic tickets and other misdemeanors.
Here in Wichita Falls, Municipal Court officials say of 11,000 outstanding warrants more than 900 had been cleared as of last Thursday.
And starting Tuesday those with uncleared warrants will be targeted for roundup.
