A Wichita Falls man is in jail on a hefty bond after police charge him for the severe beating of an elderly man nearly five months ago.
Twenty-one year old Linzalle Linzy is in the Wichita County jail charged with aggravated robbery with a $1 million bond.
Back in December, police were called to a home in the 1600 block of Travis Street for a robbery.
There, officers found a 67-year old man bleeding profusely and suffering multiple rib fractures, blunt force trauma to the heart and moderate to severe brain injury.
Police say his 1994 Chevy Capris was also stolen.
Officers later found the car in East Wichita Falls.
The suspect remained on the loose until Thursday when an officer spotted Linzy and arrested him.
