A man is arrested in an early morning robbery at a Wichita Falls convenience store.

Thirty-five year old Eric Lee Russell is charged with burglary of a building.

It happened just after 5 a.m. Friday morning at the 7-Eleven on the 100 block of E Hatton Rd.

Wichita Falls Police found ceiling tiles missing inside the store and believe Russell went through the roof and stole several items including cigarettes and gum.

Officers say they later found Russell walking several blocks away from the convenience store at the corner of Midwestern and Henry S. Grace Freeway.

They say Russell had with him the stolen cigarettes. He is now in the Wichita County Jail. His bond has not yet been set.
