W.F. Releases Stage 3 Violations

-
Now that the City of Wichita Falls is in Stage 4 water restrictions, the city's public works department is releasing how many citations were issued while Stage 3 water restrictions were in effect.
On February 6th, city leaders gathered at Lake Arrowhead, which is the city's largest source of water, to announce the start of Stage 3 water restrictions.
For the past nine months residents and businesses could only water outside one day a week on designated days.
And during that time, Daniel Nix, the city's utilities operations manager, says 1,244 citations were issued to violators.
