Consulting School Executive Dr. Mike Moses spoke on the progress and process of the search to replace Dr. George Kazanas, who resigned to become superintendent of the midway school district near Waco.
Moses who is the former Superintendent of the Dallas School District, and former Texas Education Commissioner said the search is going well.
"We have had very nice interest and i think the board is going to have some really outstanding candidates to consider," he said.
The board will conduct interviews with several of the candidates and hope to select the new Superintendent in the next three weeks.
