Ronnie Molina was arrested in 2006 on charges stemming from an alleged bomb threat at the federal building.
In 2007 he was found not guilty by reason of insanity, but had to meet certain restrictions and conditions as a result of that finding.
One of those conditions for release stated he was *not* to use or posess drugs.
His supervision officer says Molina's urine samples tested positive for meth and cocaine several times in the past six months.
Today a federal judge said Molina's violation to the terms of his release makes him a substantial risk to himself and others.
The judge released Molina to the Bureau of Prisons where he will remain under medical treatment until he is released by medical professionals.
