A Wichita Falls man who officers say is a known drug "smurfer" is sentenced for drug charge today in the 30th District Court.
Thirty-three year-old Christopher Turpin is sentenced to 14 years in prison for the charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 200-grams.
Police say around in May 2010 detectives in the 200 block of East Lincoln St. on an unrelated case smelled anhydrous ammonia.
They say the organized crime unit was called to the scene.
Police say chemicals and meth were found there.
Turpin and three others were arrested.
