Recent rains created standing water that allowed mosquitoes to breed and take flight.
And mosquito crews attacked by spraying around town and treating standing water with larvacide.
However, officials say winds and rain this weekend put a halt to spraying but crews will continue that assault tomorrow.
Health officials say they've received about 50 mosquito complaints but their traps in neighborhood have turned up few mosquitoes.
So officials say it's likely the complaints are coming from neighborhoods where residents have water collected around their homes.
