City leaders unveiled the travel center Tuesday afternoon during a ribbon cutting ceremony.

It includes a security office, Wi-Fi and a conference room which can accommodate 50 people.
Downtown Development officials say the travel center provide people with more access to come downtown.
“All the bus routes will be coming this direction. They can go to the library, they can come downtown either for an event or to go to our museums or even farmers market on Saturday, they will have more access for downtown,” said Cynthia Laney of Wichita Falls Downtown Development.
