Woman Arrested for Drug Possession Following Disturbance Call


One woman is arrested for drug possession after Wichita Falls police say she was the suspect in a disturbance. Clara Glasgow was arrested last Wednesday for possession of methamphetamine and issued a ticket for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police say a little before 4:00 pm They responded to a house in the 1600 block of 31st Street for a possible assault. They say they found the suspect, Glasgow, in the 2900 block of Holliday Road.

Officers say she was nervous and clenching onto her purse tightly, but gave consent for them to search it. According to police that's when they found about point four grams of meth and drug paraphernalia inside that purse.

Glasgow is no longer listed in the Wichita County jail.
