A Wichita Falls woman who seems to have ongoing issues with the law is back in jail on a motion to revoke a past probated sentence.

36-year-old Stephanie Perry was booked into jail early this morning by Wichita Falls police.

She pleaded guilty last October to failure to report striking a highway fixture in Clay County and was placed on 180 days probation.

Before that, Perry was arrested for evading arrest and leaving the scene of an accident January of last year.
She has a pretrial hearing scheduled next week on that charge.

Police officers say they witnessed a car crash into local boys liquor on Southwest parkway.
The affidavit states a police officer drew his gun on the speeding car as it headed directly toward him on Southwest parkway.

Officers say the driver swerved around the officer and continued going.
Perry's smoking car was later found in the 2900 block of Cunningham with a blown tire. She was later found behind a van in a parking lot, with no shoes on. Police say they smelled of alcohol, was swaying and her speech was slurred.

Previous to that arrest, in 2013 she was charged  with child endangerment
After police say her six-year-old boy was reported missing. Police searched the neighborhood and the home, and after another search of the home found the boy unresponsive inside a dryer.

He later tested positive for meth and Perry was charged with endangerment.
