Woman Who Allegedly Crashed Her Car Into Local Boys Liquor is in Court Today

Also appearing in 89th District Court this morning is a woman who was arrested after police say she crashed into Local Boys Liquor last year.

36-year-old Stephanie Perry was arrested for evading arrest and striking a building and leaving the scene. She appeared for a status update for her evading charge and will have it set for a future hearing.

Police say officers witnessed Perry crash her car through local boys and then drive off. They say her car was found on Cunnigham and she was found running near Rhea Road.

Her history includes an incident in November of 2013, when Perry's then 6-year-old son was reported missing and later found unresponsive in a dryer.

He was taken to the hospital and blood tests showed he had meth in his system and Perry was charged with endangerment.
