Woman Who Stabbed Dad who Woke Her Up From a Nap is No-Billed

A man charged with the burglary of a Wichita Falls home in August has his charge dismissed.
The Wichita County Grand Jury returned a no-bill against 52-year-old Mark James Boyce on that charge.
Sheriff's deputies arrested Boyce and another man after a home in the 16-hundred block of Clover Ln. was broken into and electrical items and ceiling fans were stolen.
A woman charged with aggravated assault family violence for allegedly stabbing her elderly father when he woke her up from a nap also won't face trial.
    Thirty-eight year-old Jennifer Sue Gresham was no-billed.
Officers say Gresham's father tried to wake her up to go get something to eat and that's when she went at him with a knife.
Police say the 76-year-old man suffered a stab wound to the shoulder.
The grand jury also no-billed Tony Glen Jordan for the charge of aggravated assault.
In late July, police say Jordan when to the Walmart on Greenbriar Rd. and threatened sales associates with a knife.
