A teenager, who escaped form the North Texas State Hospital in Vernon two months ago, will soon be released from a jail in Sweetwater, Texas but he may not be returning to Texoma just yet.
Since October 22nd, 17 year old Jonathan Torrez has been in the Nolan County Jail charged with evading arrest after police found him at his mother's house in Sweetwater.
Jail officials say his time served for that charge ends tomorrow but he may not be returning to Wilbarger County to face the escape charge.
Jail officials say on November 12th, an arrest warrant was issued for Torrez out of Lubbock on a juvenile assault charge.
At this time, it's not known when he'll return to Wilbarger County.
