Man Arrested for Cutting Two People

Wichita Falls Police arrest a man over the weekend after officers say he severely cut two people and threatened another with a gun.

19-year-old Nathan Wells is facing three counts of aggravated assault.

Officers say he got into an argument with three people at a home in the 44-hundred block of Barnett Road around 1:30 Saturday afternoon.

Officers say one victim suffered a cut to the hand and the other suffered a cut to the upper arm. Police say Wells also pointed a gun with at a third person at the home.

Officers say the victims told them they were arguing about Wells' past actions when he became angry.

Officers on the scene say Wells had a gun when they arrived on scene and had to be disarmed.

His bonds total $350-thousand.
