Money was another big topic for MSU's Board of Regents.
Members had planned to discuss increasing tuition but the university's president asked regents to postpone doing that until May.
That way, Dr. Jesse Rogers says the board will have time to restructure fees.
"Combining them so we'll have a simpler statement and it will give the university more flexibility in the use of fee money for those things that fees pay for such as utilities, computers, IT service, software, because this cost and income change every year and we need the flexibility to spend the money each year when we need it." Dr. Rogers says.
Regents are expected to sign off on several matters discussed today at a meeting on Friday.
