A Houston Texas teenager was arrested Tuesday after police said he brought a BB gun on campus.
School officials said Houston Independent School District police were tipped off to the incident and began an investigation.
One mother said she's planning to transfer her 16-year-old from the school. She claims the boy who brought the gun to school threatened her son's life.
Despite the district's zero tolerance policy regarding weapons, the boy and his mother said the principal allowed the arrested student to return to school. However, the school has not confirmed that the student was allowed back.
