Police in Houston, Texas hope surveillance video of a man being robbed and stabbed in downtown Houston will help catch the suspect.
Police said the 47-year-old victim was waiting for a bus when a car drove up, the passenger got out and forced him inside the vehicle at 6:30 a.m. on October 10th.
He was taken to a known drug house where the suspects bought cocaine and then he was driven to a Wells Fargo ATM where the victim was told to take out cash, officials said.
When the man refused, the suspect stabbed him multiple times, according to investigators, and stole his wallet.
"The victim attempted to put his Kroger's frequent buyers card in, making it appear as if he was using his ATM and the suspect was made aware and a struggle happened," Officer Dustin Crowder with the Houston Police Department.
After he was stabbed, the victim managed to drag himself into the middle of the street, where he was discovered by Officer Crowder.
