The work is entitled "Man with Opera Hat" and it can be yours for just 100 euros or 135 dollars.
That's quite a deal for a drawing valued at one million dollars. The money from the raffle will go towards the preservation of Lebanon's ancient city of Tyre.
Picasso's grandson, Olivier Picasso, said he believes the artist would have appreciated his work being used to raise money for charity.
"My grandfather was a pioneer. He was happy to be the first in every kind of situation. So for sure he was a very helpful person, he was very generous giving money around him during many difficult times," Picasso said.
If you want to try your luck, a raffle ticket can be purchased at http://www.1picasso100euros.com/1-picasso-for-100-euros/
Only 50,000 tickets will be sold. The winning ticket will be drawn in Paris on December 18th and streamed live on the internet.
