Some are calling it the definition of unbelievable. Philadelphia teen Kevin Grow was born with Down syndrome, but that has not stopped the 18-year-old from becoming a basketball star.

After being the team's manager for four years, he suited up for the last two games of the season this weekend.

After scoring three points in his debut, the final game of the year, he scored a game high of 14 points, including a three-pointer at the buzzer.

What's next for Kevin is even bigger. Sunday, the Philadelphia 76ers announced they signed Kevin to a two-day contract. He practiced with the team Monday, and Tuesday when the 76ers face off against the Cleveland Cavliers, expect to see Kevin on the sidelines.
