Texas Mom Gives Birth to Two Sets of Identical Twins

(KPRC)  A Valentine's Day delivery brought not one but two sets of identical twins to a Houston couple.

"The biggest blessing ever, tremendous blessing, a miracle and I'm real happy about it," said Manuel Montalvo.

Tressa Montalvo delivered the four boys at almost 32 weeks via Cesarean section at the Woman's Hospital of Texas.

Their big brother, 2-year-old Memphis, met his four new brothers for the first time Monday.

The first set of twins was born at 8:51 a.m., weighing 3 pounds 10 ounces and 3 pounds 15 ounces.

One minute later, the next set of twins was born, weighing 2 pounds 15 ounces and 3 pounds 6
ounces.

The Montalvos said they did not use any fertility treatments and were quite surprised when they found out during her pregnancy she would be having two sets of identical twins.
