(KPRC) Texas authorities say three teens were forcing a 71-year-old grandmother to beg for money outside of a Montgomery County Walmart.

Montgomery County deputy constables charged 19-year-old James Cerda Junior, his twin brother Joshua, and 18-year-old Ashley Ramey with felony exploitation of the elderly.

Investigators said they caught the three forcing the boys' grandmother to panhandle after a shopper alerted a deputy who was driving by.
