Tuition assistance for members of the military will not be suspended after all. Earlier this month, the Army, Marine Corps, and Air Force made plans to put the program on hold because of budget constraints.
A recently passed resolution prevents the Department of Defense from eliminating the funding. A Pentagon press secretary says they'll comply with the law and maintain the current level of funding that was in place before the suspensions were announced.
