The project was supposed to last just a month, but because of issues with the drainage system and curbs, the project has lingered on.
The manager at Pat's said her business has dropped off significantly because of the construction, adding many people think her restaurant closed down.
"We've been here in business 47 years now, and we want to continue another 47 years," said Christie Czajkowski, the manager of Pat's Drive Inn, "I think people are really starting to see that we need to help the community and they've been wonderful."
There is no word on when this latest phase of the 4th Street construction project is scheduled to be complete.
