Reno Gustafson Named Wichitan of the Year

  Wichita Falls businessman Reno Gustafson joins an impressive list of 20 other business and community leaders who have been named "Wichitan of the Year."
   The announcement came during today's 21st Annual North Texas Economic Forum and "Wichitan of the Year" award luncheon.
    Gustafson is co-owner and president of Falls Distributing.
    The Times Record News presented the award, citing Gustafson's dedication to the community, to nonprofits and his efforts to improve residents overall quality of life.

    "Be involved in your community. Be involved in the process. Understand how the process works. Be a voice for different charities -- & that's what I've been able to do over the years, is be able to try to make a difference for these different organizations."
    MSU's president, Dr. Jesse Rogers, gave the keynote address about the university's economic impact  in the area and strategies for increasing enrollment.
