Freezing temperatures and snow created a wintery mess across Texoma and that mess steered many drivers into trouble.
Perhaps the biggest trouble involved two cars.
Around 8 a.m. slippery conditions caused the drivers to slide off the road and right into a pond off Highway 287 North in front of the Wichita Falls sign leading into the city.
One driver had an infant in the vehicle.
Police say other than being cold and wet no one was injured.
