Step 1 - Guest List
First you need to decide about how many people or kids might be attending the party and who you are going to invite.
Step 2 - When, Where, and What Time?
When scheduling a date for your party be sure to check calendar for major conflicting events you may want to schedule around. The location of your party may depend on how many people or kids are attending. The time depends on conflicting work schedules, school hours or curfews.
Step 3 - Invitations
If your party has a specific theme you might want to use invitations that match your theme. You can create your own invitations to give it a more personal touch. Be sure to include all important information about the party. It might be a good idea to include a map or directions if some or most of the guests are not familiar with the location. Ask for those invited to RSVP by a certain time.
