And state and local election officials are making a last minute push to get every registered voter to the polls.
Today Texas Secretary of State Hope Andrade met with the Young Professionals of Wichita Falls encouraging them to spread the word about voting.
Secretary Andrade is the first Hispanic Secretary in Texas and is the Chief Elections Officer for the state.
She is spreading her message of "Make Your Mark on Texas" throughout the state..
She says if election officials provide voters with the resources they need, most will take the time to vote.
And she says there's an app you can download for all those resources and information.
"We have a mobile app that you can download onto your smart phone you can access it, its in the palm of your hand and it has all the information you need regarding voting", said Andrade.
Secretary Andrade wants every voter to know a photo I.D. Is not required to vote.
The mobile app is called Smart Texas Voter.
