Washington Jackson Kids Celebrate Black History Month

    Kids at Washington Jackson enjoyed a special presentation to commemorate Black History Month. The program called, "Celebrating and Lifting Out Community's Voice" featured an array of performances from the community. Choirs sang ,and even mimes performed to music. But it was all to celebrate and acknowledge the accomplishments people such as Frederick Douglass and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
