Two men charged in the January murder of a local convenience store owner are indicted by a Wichita County grand jury.
19 year-old Michael Shay Graves and 17 year old Clifton John Russell IV are each indicted on charges of capital murder.
Surveillance video shows two men entering Mo's Grocery, and one points what appears to be a gun at Muhammad Ahmad.
Police say Ahmad was shot once in the chest.  He was rushed to the hospital but died from his injuries.
Russell was arrested the day after the shooting, and Graves was arrested the day after.  Police say Russell admitted to shooting Ahmad and that Graves admitted standing at the door as a lookout during the robbery.
Both Graves and Russell are in the Wichita County Jail on bonds totaling more than 1.5 million dollars each.
