Results of a dumpster survey are now tallied which means trash will be an important topic at Tuesday's Wichita Falls city council meeting.
Last month city employees passed out more than 10,000 surveys to residents who use alleyway dumpsters.
And that survey allowed them to choose if they preferred to keep using dumpsters or convert to curbside rollout bins.
Although only half the surveys were returned the top choice was to pay a few extra dollars and keep the dumpsters.
So Tuesday, city councilors will vote on a resolution to increase the alleyway dumpster service from $16.75 a month to $19.55.
The curbside rate will remain at $13.95 a month.
