Your drive down Wichita Falls roads might become a little smoother as cracks in some city streets will soon be filled. That's after city leaders decide today to enter a contract with a construction company out of Frisco.
The company will be cleaning and sealing joints in cracks in city roads. Officials say the project will also minimize moisture pentration of the streets, and add about five to seven years of life to the roadways.
Construction should take about 90 days to complete and will cost about 94 thousand dollars.
The roads scheduled to be repaired are Sisk Road, Lonview Street, North Beverly Drive, York Street, Kemp Boulevard, and Rhea Road.
