In tonight's Athletic Advantage, we learn how to properly put on an ankle brace.

United Regional Athletic Trainer Jeremy Woodward says: "Most of our ankle injuries are going to be on the outer, or lateral aspect of the ankle. The foot wants to turn in. Typically what people can do is purchase an ankle brace. In an acute injury, one that is brand new, they may need more stability with the tape instead of just the brace. Often we see the athlete not pulling on the straps enough to get it up there, around, and holding everything in place. Pharmacies will have cheap and affordable, but very functional ankle braces."
