MSU's Dianna Jones scored 56 points in the Lone Star Conference basketball tournament, but most fans will only remember five of them. In the championship game, Jones hit a game-tying three-pointer to force overtime and then hit the game winner as time expired.
The win over West Texas A&M earned the Mustangs a tournament title for the first time since 2001. Jones grabbed MVP honors at the tournament.
