Attorneys Reach Plea Agreement in Hernandez Murder Trial

Rafael Hernandez was set to go to trial this week for the 2009 murder of Oscar Cadena.
The man set to go to trial this week for the murder of another man outside a Wichita Falls nightclub, now will not.
It's because attorneys reached a plea agreement last week in Rafael Hernandez's trial.
So, he'll spend 30 years in prison for murder.
Police say Hernandez and two other men were charged with killing Oscar Cadena.
He was found shot to death in the mens restroom at the El Farallan night club, on North Scott St. in June 2009.
Officers say two days later, the men were found in Wise County and then transported back to Wichita Falls.
