A Wichita County Officers Down Memorial is one step closer to being built after a car show helped raise money to go toward construction costs.
Nearly 100 cars were lined up at Red River Harley Davidson Saturday.
Car owners could enter 22 different categories, including, military vehicles muscle cars and classic cars.
Food was served by Wichita County Volunteer Firefighters and a variety of vendors were on display.
Show attendees could vote for their favorite cars by placing a donation in a can displayed on the car.
A motorcycle fun run also raised money for the event Saturday morning.
Last year both events raised $3,000.
