Wichita Falls Police respond to a 5- car crash on Central Freeway last night remarkably no one was seriously injured.
Sergeant Greg Lillis with the Wichita Falls Police Department says just after 10:30, a young man driving a dark colored Chevy sedan got distracted and hit a cement barrier underneath the Missile Road overpass.
He says the car spun out of control and came to a stop with all the lights off in the middle of I-44 North.
He says it set off a chain reaction of crashes.
Luckily, the driver of the Chevy had already gotten out of his vehicle.
Police temporarily shut down the freeway to clean up the debris.
One woman was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.
