Twenty-three year-old Jeremy Goines and 22 year-old Kirsten Marks were arrested late Monday afternoon.

Police say they pulled the vehicle over in the 1600 block of Sunnyside Lane to check for weapons stolen out of Clay County.

Instead police say they found illegal prescription drugs.

No weapons were found in the vehicle.

Jeremy Goines was taken into custody for violation of court order enjoining organized criminal activity.

He also faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and bond forfeitures.

His bond is set for more than $70,000.

Marks is charged with possession of a controlled substance under 28 grams.

Her bonds totals at $13,500.
